Birth Choice Mission to Save Lives

Birth Choice knows that the best way to save a baby’s life from abortion is to love the mother.  It is not enough to tell a woman not to have an abortion.  It is not enough to explain the dangers of abortion.  It is not enough to speak to her of what is right.  Before that we must be there to offer the positive and practical solutions to her dilemma. Time and time again we are told by the young women who come in our offices because of you I have my baby. Presently we have two wonderful staff members who were former clients. Birth Choice does that every day.  It does that all across the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City.  It is always helping women.  The volunteers at Birth Choice have chosen to be there for the women who come in day in and day out.  They come as young as eleven.  They come in with every problem imaginable.  The volunteers speak to them of the truth. 

The name Birth Choice was specifically chosen to attract the abortion minded woman. This gives us the opportunity to educate them on the issue of abortion.   Many of the women who come to Birth Choice are either abortion minded, they themselves desire an abortion or they are abortion vulnerable, they want to have their baby but, they are coerced by their boyfriend, husband, parents, or friends to have an abortion.

The evil of abortion is the destruction of an innocent life, not only the baby’s life but that of the mother’s. Women need to be protected.  There is a correlation between abortion and breast cancer, along with the many other physical and psychological dangers women face when they have had an abortion. We have seen the damage done to all family members.  We have also seen how it has affected society.  The increases of violence, promiscuity, divorce, child abuse and the increase of sexually transmitted diseases are all evidence of this.

Together we must uphold the sanctity of human life and offer women with an unplanned pregnancy real life- affirming choices for themselves and their unborn children. Birth Choice will persevere in our mission in Oklahoma.  Birth Choice pledges to make these options available to as many women as we can serve. 

Abortion on demand and the number of children that have died because of abortion is the greatest problem America faces today. We must continue to fight the war on the unborn.

Abortion is an endless battle.  It is a silent battle.  The most innocent of all suffer.  We have an opportunity to change the rising tide of abortion.  Birth Choice does it daily.
