March 16, 2008 The Good News... ...A Blessed Easter God so loved the world that He sent His Son Jesus to save us! Jesus loves us so much that He gave Himself up for our salvation! Greater love than this, no one has, but that a man gives up His life for His friend. And Jesus said: “You are My friends if you keep My commandments.” My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, I wish to send you my very best personal greetings and wishes for a very blessed and happy Holy Week and Easter celebration. I pray that the Good Lord who gave us new life through His passion, death and resurrection will continue to bless us, to watch over us and to lead us safely to eternal life in heaven. As your Archbishop, I sincerely pray and joyfully exclaim, “May you and your loved ones enjoy a most blessed and happy Easter.” |
