Offices of the Vicar General, the Vicar for Ministries and the Chancellor provide service for pre-nuptial investigations, schedule emergency and night coverage for Deaconess and Integris hospitals by priests of the Archdiocese, research Sacramental records, arrange Papal Audiences and Blessings, comply and maintain statistical data for the Official Catholic Directory, assist in researching and preparing grant applications, Canon Law research and civil law assistance for the Archbishop and other departments, plus consult with priests and parishes on canon law and civil legal matters.

The Chancellor serves as general spokesperson for the Archdiocese, coordinates media contacts and press releases, supervises Archdiocesan archives, and serves on the Safe Environment committee an adjunct to the Ministries office.
